request has been made by Mr. Trent P. Carawan for a Special Use Permit
to place a single family dwelling on the property located on Wares
Chapel Lane. The property is currently zoned AP (Airport District) and
requires a Special Use Permit to build a single family dwelling.
B. A Special Use Permit has been requested by Walter Sherman Cahoon, Jr.
and Wanda Terry Cahoon to operate a Hispanic Community Center/night club

beer. The location of the proposed facility is 3882 Hwy. 264 East. The
building is located adjacent to the old Swan Boat Company structure and
is in the extraterritorial limit of the City of Washington. The current
Zoning Classification of the property is B-2, General Business.
