by Mr. Jack Ulrich and Mr. Ralph Dramstad to rezone 3.88 acres of property
located at the intersection of Bridge Street, West 2nd Street and West
3rd Street . The property is currently zoned B-2 (General Business)
and the request is to rezone the property to B1H (Business Historic).
