1. The Department of Planning and Development has received a request from the City of Washington to zone approximately 2.00 acres of property located off Page Road (SR 1456). The property was annexed on August 8, 2005 and is currently un zoned. The request is to zone the property to I-1 (Heavy Industrial).

2. The Department of Planning and Development has received a request from The Lost Colony Center for Science and Research, Fred Willard Director, to rezone .88 acres of property located at 2459 US Hwy 17 North. The property is currently zoned RA20 (Residential Agricultural) and the request is to rezone the property to O&I (Office & Institutional).

3. The Department of Planning and Development has received a request from Paul Avignone, acting as agent for Clearwater Marketing to rezone approximately 69 acres of property located at 1835 West 5th Street (Mason Lumber Co.). The property is currently zoned I-1 (Heavy Industrial) and the request is to rezone the property to R-15S with a portion (1.81 acres) to remain as I-1.
