1. Information on
a new Industrial Classification for the Harvey A. Brothers Jr. property
located adjacent to John Small Avenue (Hwy 264 E) and Whootentown Road.
The property is currently zoned RA20 (Residential Agricultural) and
a request has been made to rezone the property to a Light Industrial
V. New Business
1. A request has
been made by Mr. Jason Briley of Northgate Development to rezone 141.84
acres of property located off Cherry Run Road and being a part of Northgate
Subdivision. The property is currently zoned Residential and Agricultural
(RA20) and the request is to rezone the property to Residential Mobile
Home (RMH). The property is currently outside of Washington's ETJ and
will be annexed into the City Limits.
2. A request has
been made by Mr. Scott Williamson to rezone approximately 1.72 acres
of property located on the corner of River Road and Asbury Church Road.
The property is currently zoned Residential Mobile Home (RMH) and the
request is to rezone the property to Neighborhood Business (B-4).
VI. Other Business
2. Information on
a rezoning study being conducted on a ten block area surrounding West
5th Street, West 3rd Street and West Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
