A. Discussion with
the City Manager, R. L. Willoughby, concerning the $125,000 budget request
by the Planning Board. No write-up.
V. NEW BUSINESS
A Zoning Ordinance
Text Amendment has been made by Kevin Clancy to change the B1Central
Business Historic District to allow a Hospice Home-Inpatient Facility
as a Special Use Permit. Reference Chapter 27, Section 27-43, Section
27-48, Section 27-49.
B. The Beaufort
County Economic Development Commission has requested a Zoning Classification
proposal for property containing 179.808 acres. The property has just
been annexed into the city limits and has road frontage along S.R. 1407-Leggett
Road and S.R. 1001-Cherry Run Road. The Zoning classification requested
is Light Industrial.
C. A request has
been made by Bryan Ross and Rivers and Associates to have a sketch plan
review for the proposed subdivision River Breeze. The subject property
has frontage along River Road and Austin Point Road. Suggestion are
being solicited prior to the preliminary and final subdivision plat
submissions. No write up.
D. A request has
been made by Geraldine Carawan to amend the Airport Zoning classification
and the RA-20 Residential District to allow single wide mobile homes
as a permitted use or special use. No write-up
