A. A request has been made by Ms. Karen Sairanen for a Certificate of Appropriateness to add 14” flat panel shutters & shutters dogs on the upper and lower windows on the structure located 401 North Market Street.

V. New Business

A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Lex & Karen Mann for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remodel the rear of the existing dwelling by enlarging the kitchen, laundry room & pantry, enlarge the upper bedroom, and enlarge existing deck on the structure located at 624 West Main Street.
2. A request has been made by Mr. Thomas Molon for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition to reshape the kitchen, extend two rooms upstairs, install double doors at the rear, and replace windows as needed on the structure located 113 McNair Street.
3. A request has been made by Mr. Jay M. Hodges III for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new commercial building with an upstairs apartment on the property located at 156 Water Street.
4. A request has been made by Moss Landing One for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Moss Landing Development. The request is for Phase 2 of the COA development process. This includes but is not limited to exterior materials, porches, windows & doors, roof, lighting, and landscaping. The property is located on Water Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Quentin Warren to place a 7’ x 2’ wooden sign on the front of the building located at 134 South market Street.
2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Eddie Stone to replace a 3 ton gas pack at the rear of the structure located at 529 East Main Street.
3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Charles Major to replace a dilapidated fence with a 3’ ballast rock fence to match existing fences on the property located at 404 West Main Street.
4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Ned Ide to replace a gas pack at the rear of the structure located at 524 West Main Street.
5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Charles Major to place two a/c condensers on the exterior of the structure located at 404 West Main Street.
