A. A request has been made by Mr. Steve Radar for the Historic Commission to reconsider the demolition of the structure located at 324 Water Street.

V. New Business

A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Ms. Pat Lurvey, acting as agent for Kit Yeung, to remove nine (9) pine trees for safety purposes. The trees are located in the rear yard of the property at 509 East 2nd Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Washington Daily News to repoint and restore the brick façade on the building located at 217 North Market Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ruff Kutz to replace a window at the property located at 236 West Main Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Edna Woolard to replace rotten doors and repair exterior with like material at the rear of the structure located at 108 North Market Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Paul Hindsley to install a 1.5’ x 11’ sign on the front of the structure located at 134 South Market Street.

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Mark Czyz to place an 8’ x 10’ wooden shed on the rear of the property located at 400 East Main Street.

6. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Matt Sopher to repair weather damage to the front porch roof of the structure located at 407 North Market Street.

VI. Other Business

A. A presentation by Mr. Jim Spicuzza of a preliminary sketch plan for the development of the property located at 419 West Main Street.

B. Discussion on the update of a COA by Chris Collier on the property located at 120 Washington Street.
