A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Mike Weeks to replace the exterior siding with an approved siding and to replace the windows with energy efficient units on the structure located at 310 East 2nd Street.

2. A request has been made by St. Peters Episcopal Church to build an addition of a Fellowship Hall, classrooms and related space to the rear of the Church located at 101 North Bonner Street.

3. A request has been made by First United Methodist Church to replace the damaged windows with baked enamel aluminum windows on the main Church building located at 304 West 2nd Street. (Window may be seen by visiting the Methodist Church Office)

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Riverwalk Gallery to replace the sign with a wooden sign on the rear entrance of the building located 109 West Main Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Hudson Signs to change the name of the business on the window of the building located at 133 East Main Street. (Formerly Sissy's)

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for A.G. Swanner to install a 3' x 6' wooden sign on the front facade of the building located at 130 North Bridge Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Charles Bowen to install a 30' metal gutter on the east side of Myers Florist located at 243 East Main Street.
