A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Jonathan Taylor Keith for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the original rotten windows with vinyl-clad windows to match the originals in design. The property is located at 218 Fleming Street.

2. A request has been made by Mr. Steve Ragaglia for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove a large pecan tree at the left rear corner of the house located at 230 North Harvey Street. The tree is damaging the foundation of the house.

3. A request has been made by Mr. Steve Ragaglia for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the original wood siding on the structures located at 226 and 230 North Harvey Street with vinyl siding.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Roy Bedard to construct a 36” free-standing oval sign in front the structure located at 226 North Market Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Rev. David Moore to replace the shingles and replace the HVAC system on the property located at 135 East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Stan Friedman to replace the HVAC system at the rear of the business located at 130 East 2nd Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Fred Fletcher to remove the canopy over the front door and repair the windows on the Market Street side of the property located at 100 West Main Street.

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Dorsey Williams to place a split AC system in the upstairs rear of the property at 737 West 2nd Street Street.
