IV. Old Business - Major Works

A. A request has been made by the City of Washington to demolish the structure located at 324 Water Street. The house has been condemned by the City Building Inspections Office and proper notification has been given to the property owner.

V. New Business

A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Steve Radar to construct an addition on the southeast corner of the house located at 113 South Harvey Street. The new addition incorporates an addition made to the house in the 1905s.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Glen Williams to install a new HVAC unit to the roof of the building located at 201 West Main Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Ford Freeman to demolish a rotten and collapsing shed on the property located at 427 East 2nd Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Martha Mathews to install a gas pack on a treated deck to the side of the structure located at 140 East Main Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Steve Radar to construct a trellis-type gate structure over the front of the fence gate at the house located 113 South Harvey Street.

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Gil Davis to replace two condensers on the west side of the structure located at 735 West 2nd Street.
