A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Mike Weeks to replace the exterior siding with an approved siding and to replace the windows with energy efficient units on the structure located at 310 East 2nd Street.

2. A request has been made by Mr. Gale Hilliken, agent for Ronald Clark, to replace rotten and damaged windows with custom made vinyl clad windows or wood windows to match windows on the structure located at 334 West Main Street.

3. A request has been made by Jason & Allison Woolard to (1) replace a porch on the front of the house that was removed because of damage, (2) add a 5' x 6' addition to the back of the house to enlarge the bathroom, (3) replace the roof, and (4) add canvas awnings to cover the doors on the structure located at 524 West 2nd Street.

4. A request has been made by Gary and Andrea Lilley to place two tables, with chairs and umbrellas, on the grassy areas outside the back entrance of the building located at 217 West Main Street. The grassy area is located on the City right-of-way.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Donald Stroud to extend an existing fence along the back border and embellish the existing arbor.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Winnie Moss to install a wooden deck around the above ground pool at the structure located at 235 East 2nd Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Betsy Robbins to replace an existing 2 ton AC condenser on the structure located at 323 West Main Street.
