A. A request has been made by Mr. Pat Griffin to replace the existing siding on the dwelling located at 315 West 2nd Street with hardi-board plank.

B. A request has been made by Mr. Pat Griffin to replace the existing siding on the dwelling located at 319 West 2nd Street with hardi-board plank.

C. A request has been made by Mr. Dennis Sinar to use Smartside siding (an engineered wood product) on the exterior of dwelling, including siding, trim, soffits and fascia board, located at 610 East Main Street.

V. New Business

A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Dal Newbold to remove a 15" Pine Tree located near his structure at 612 East Main Street.

2. A request has been made by Ms. Wanda Johnson of the Beaufort County Arts Council to (1) remove an existing deck and add a new multilevel stage area, (2) build a 40' fence around 2 existing air conditioning units with a gate and service steps, (3) reconstruct new steps, and (4) add a new 40' handicap ramp with railings at the Arts Council Building (old train depot) located at 108 Gladden Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Vicki Dotson to replace shingles and rotten siding with like material on the structure located at 238 East 2nd Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Hal Woolard to repair rotten & damaged windows with like material on the building located at 120 South Market Street .

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ed Phillips Inc to replace a 3 ton and 1.5 ton HVAC unit on the structure locate at 501 West Main Street.
