A.. A request has been made by Mr. K.B. Dickerson to add a driveway to the front of his property located at 322 East Main Street.

V. New Business

A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Grover Sawyer Jr. to use hardi-board plank to replace rotten material on the exterior of the doorway on the building located at 888 West 2nd Street.

2. A request has been made by Mr. Dennis Sinar to use Smartside siding (an engineered wood product) on the exterior of dwelling, including siding, trim, soffits and fascia board, located at 610 East Main Street.

3. A request has been made by Mr. Pat Griffin to replace the existing siding on the dwelling located at 315 West 2nd Street with hardi-board plank.

4. A request has been made by Mr. Pat Griffin to replace the existing siding on the dwelling located at 319 West 2nd Street with hardi-board plank.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Matt Sopher to replace water damaged and rotten framing, decking and porch posts with like material on the dwelling located at 729 West 2nd Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Preston Turner to replace the existing HVAC unit with a new unit in the same location at the dwelling located at 514 East Main Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Preston Turner to landscape an area 5' x 12' on the property located at 202 North Bridge Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Dorsey Williams to repair the front porch decking with like material on the dwelling located at 726 West 2nd Street.

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Jeffrey Muck to replace the existing fences with new wood fences of like size, material and style at the dwelling located at 323 East 2nd Street.

6. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Steve Rader to replace the screen and screen door on the rear porch with storm windows and storm door on the dwelling located at 113 South Harvey Street.
