A. A request has been made by St. Peters Episcopal Church to demolish the house located at 201 East 2nd Street.

V. New Business

A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Trey Howdy to construct a porch or deck on the front side of the house facing the river at 326 Water Street.

2. A request has been made by Mr. William Moore Jr. to demolish the house located at 122 South McNair Street.

3. A request has been made by Ms. Jane Buchholz to construct a triplex and two duplexes on the property located on the corner of Fleming Street and West 3rd Street.

4. A request has been made by Mr. Rick Stevens to construct a duplex on the property located at 506 East 2nd Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Mike Bowen to repair the driveway with concrete on the property located at 405 East 2nd Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Jim Poteet to repair the fascia board and the soffit with like materials and replace the shingles on the structure located at 311 East Main Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Fred Mallison Jr. to replace an existing window with a like window on the structure located at 625 East Main Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. William Toler to construct a 6’ high privacy fence in the rear yard of the structure located at 224 East Water Street.

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Greg Wilkinson to replace and repair the porch with like materials on the structure located at 120 McNair Street.

6. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Stephen Bryan to install a canvass awning on the structure located at 120 North Respess Street.

7. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. William McCotter to repair an existing driveway with concrete on the property located at 120 Charlotte Street.

8. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Bobby Roberson to repair the roof and the siding with like materials on the structure located at 235 East Main Street.
