A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by St. Peters Episcopal Church to demolish the house located at 201 East 2nd Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Randolph Funeral Home to repair the roof on the addition to the building located at 219 North Bonner Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Dianna Aideuis to repair the shed and the foundation located at 122 South Harvey Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Ron Clark to replace a 4 ton gas pack with the same located at 334 West Main Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness forMs. Peggy Fitch to construct a 38” wooden picket fence in the front yard of the structure located at 613 East Main Street.

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. John McQuay to add a central heating and air conditioning system to the rear of the structure located at 630 East Main Street.

6. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Van Respess to replace a gas pack on the structure located at 317 East Main Street.

7. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Joe McCotter to repair a garage and shed to make it handicap accessible at the rear yard located at 119 Van Norden Street.

8. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Julie Hicks, acting as agent for the City of Washington, to remove a dead and dangerous tree located at the Brown Library at 122 Van Norden Street.

9. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Leonard Van Cura to (1)repair & replace siding with like material, (2) repair rotten and damaged windows, (3) extend wooden picket fence to include side and rear, (4) repair back porch and replace screen, and (5) replace HVAC system at rear of the structure located at 323 North Bonner Street.

10. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Dennis Sinar to repair the deck roof and replace shingles to match main structure located at 610 East Main Street
