A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Mr. Mark Gray to restore the front facade on the structure located at 155 West Main Street. The restoration will match the storefront at 151 & 153 West Main Street.

2. A request has been made by Mr. K.B. Dickerson to add a driveway to the front of his property located at 322 East Main Street.

3. A request has been made by Mr. Mike Goltra, acting as agent, to amend the COA issued to Tom & Linda Czuhai for repairing the front facade on the building located at 186 West Main Street.

4. A request has been made by Mr. William McCotter to modify existing home and return it to a single family residence located at 619-621 East Second Street. The modifications include: (1) remove existing porch and relocate to east side of house, (2) modify existing back porch, and (3) repair roof & landscape.

5. A request has been made by Mr. Dal Newbold to: (1) remove 2 Bradford Pear Trees located in the right-of-way between the sidewalk and the street and (2) remove a 12" Magnolia Tree located in the front yard of the property at 612 East Main Street.

6. A request has been made by Ms. Mary Havens Cooper to: (1) replace an existing standing seam roof with an architectural style shingle, copper valleys & flashing, and (2) repair mortar joints on the existing south side chimney at the property located at 129 Van Norden Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for The Blind Center to place a 3' x 3' sign on the building located at 219 North Harvey Street. The sign will reference the Lions Club International emblem.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Don Stroud to install storm windows on his residence located at 127 East 2nd Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mike Goltra, acting as the agent for Jeff Grady, to construct a 11' x 24' deck on the rear of the structure located at 102 South Pierce Street.
