A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Ms. Margaret Coley Hodges to: (1) construct an addition of a bedroom, bath, and porch at the rear of the structure, (2) remove a pecan tree and a magnolia tree in the rear yard to accommodate construction, and (3) construct a wheel chair ramp on the side of the house located at 103 South Bonner Street.

2. A request has been made by Mr. John Wickham to remove an old garage that was converted into a bedroom and add 1000 square feet of additional living space located at 739 West Main Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. A.J. Dotson to repair the siding with like material and paint and repair rotten windows located at 220 Water Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Ms. Deanna Swain to replace the existing metal door with a metal door with glass panes and add a 1’ x 1.5’ sign to the front of the building located at 141 North Market Street.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Mr. Leonard Van Cura to remove a dilapidated shed and add 4 ton ac unit and duct work to the rear of the structure located at 226 North Bonner Street.
