A. Authorize - Mayor to enter into a Municipal Agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and adopt a resolution approving Project R-2510 B, Beaufort County, as part of the improvements to US 17

B. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for Wastewater Treatment Capital Project Fund - Phase II

C. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment to accept funds for the Beebe Memorial Park Project

D. Adopt - Resolution and Authorize the Mayor to sign Resolution for funds to be given to the Beaufort County Foundation

E. Accept - Grant from Mid-East Commission Area Agency on Aging ($16,435) and Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for Local Match for Grant ($1,377)

F. Award - Contract for Cable Television Franchise Consultant

G. Adopt - Resolution fixing a date for a public hearing on the non-contiguous annexation of the Sprint/Carolina Telephone property located at 3718 US Hwy 264 Ease under G.S. 160A-58.1

H. Approve and Authorize - Contract to sell Surplus items through Governor Deals

I. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for the Police Department ($1,000) and Fire Department ($12,688) in the General Fund from contributions

J. Approve - The purchase of a new rescue boat and declare the existing boat surplus which will allow for it to be traded in on the new purchase

K. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for Airport Fund ($3,493)

L. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for General Fund ($56,450) - Moss Property Partners, LLC payment

M. Acknowledgment - of reallocation of funds (Governor’s Hwy Safety Grant Phase 11 ($425)

N. Adopt- Resolution Approving Financing Terms for a 59 month installment note ($652,115)

O. Accept - Operational Agreements with the Beaufort County Board of Education to provide School Resource Officers (SRO) for Washington High School and P.S. Jones Middle School
