2. Accept Grant - From NC Rural Center ($400,000) for the Sewer System Rehab Phase II Project, adopt Budget Ordinance Amendment for Sewer Fund ($400,000) and award engineering contract ($80,000

B. New Business:

1. Consideration - Resolution establishing DWOW Directors's position as new class in City's Pay Classification Plan and Approval of Services Contract with DWOW

2. Award Contract - To Greenville Paving Company for 2004-2005 street improvements project in the amount of ($119,920.25)

3. Introduce - Public awareness on the National Flood Insurance Program to City Council and inform them about sending out an informational brochure to each resident in our jurisdiction

4. Approve - Permission to allow the Public Works Department to increase it's vehicle compliment to allowing the department to continue using vehicle #402

6. Approve - Permission to allow an encroachment onto City-owned property on US 264 east of Washington
