  • adopt resolution approving financing for a 59-month installment note for a street sweeper ($137,152)
  • award housing rehabilitation contracts under the FY2002 CDBG Concentrated Needs Program and the FY 2002 NCHFA North Carolina Housing Finance Program
  • adopt resolution supporting the CAMA Public Beach and Coastal Water Access application; adopt recodification ordinance for the City Code book

Public Hearings

  • amend FY 2002 CDBG Concentrated Needs Program
  • hold public hearing on annexation of Iron Creek Subdivision Phase III pursuant to G.S. 160A-58.2 and adopt ordinance to extend corporate limits
