Authorize - the Mayor to execute loan contract documents in the amount of $1,530,000.00 with USDA; adopt a Resolution accepting the conditions set forth in the letter of conditions, adopt a Resolution establishing the loan documentation, adopt a Resolution on the terms and conditions of the Installment/Purchase Contract

B. Discuss - the Housing Development program under the Community Development Block Grant’s category

C. Consider - Adopting a Resolution closing a portion of Union Alley between West 5th Street and Harding Street

D. Adopt - Resolution of Intent to consider closing a portion of an unopened alley fronting the northern Water Street right of way

E. Adopt - Resolution of Intent to annex property owned by the City under General Statutes 160A-31 (Singleton Tract)

F. Adopt - The annexation ordinance to extend the City of Washington corporate limits for the proposed new Fire/Rescue/EMS Station located on the proposed Page Road Extension
