E. Declare - Equipment Surplus and Authorize sale to Beaufort County Water Districts under N.C.G.S. 160A-274 for the current value price of equipment

F. Accept - $18,314 from the Mid-East Commission Area Agency on Aging

G. Adopt - Ordinance to amend Chapter 9, Section 77, Motor Vehicles and Traffic-Stop Intersections to add stop signs in Northgate Subdivision

H. Award - Contract for Sewer System Rehabilitation, Phase II in the amount of $241,150

I. Award - Contract for Engineering for the Construction of Eastern Substation

J. Adopt - To amend City Ordinance Chapter 9, Section 9-123. Parking prohibited at all times in designated places

K. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for the General Fund ($31,264)

L. Adopt - Budget Ordinance Amendment for 2003 Law Enforcement Block Grant ($16)
