1. A request has been made
by Crosswind Partners, LLC for a Variance from Section 27-51 of the
City of Washington Zoning Ordinance from the dimensional requirements
(minimum lot width) in order to construct a single family dwelling on
the property located at 210 East 9th Street (Lot #117). The property
is currently zoned R-9S (Residential) and in order to construct the
dwellings requires a variance from the Board of Adjustment. The existing
lot is a substandard lot of record.
2. A request has been made
by Mr. Zane Buckman, agent for Pirate Properties, for a Special Use
Permit to construct a 10-boat slip marina on the property located at
419 West Main Street as provided under Section 27-43 Table of Uses.
The property is currently zoned B-1H (Historic) and requires a Special
Use Permit in order to construct the new marina.
