1. A request has been made by Mr. Lacy Boyd Jr. for a Special Use Permit to convert a single family residence located at 1115 North Market Street into a Bed and Breakfast. The property is currently zoned R-9S (Residential) and requires a Special Use Permit in order to change the use of the property.

2. A request has been made by Mr. Rick Stevens for a Special Use Permit to construct a triplex and two duplexes on the property located at 1020 North Respess Street. The property is currently zoned R-6S (Residential) and requires a Special Use Permit in order to construct the new development.

3. A request has been made by Ms. Mona Ross for a variance from Section 27-43 and Section 27-213 of the City of Washington Zoning Ordinance from the Permitted and Special Uses in order to replace a single-wide mobile home on the property located at 1650 Corsica Road. The property is currently zoned RA20 (Residential Agricultural). New single-wide or double-wide mobile homes are not allowed in the RA20 district unless as a replacement home.

4. A request has been made by the Rev. David Moore for a variance from Section 27-122 of the City of Washington Zoning Ordinance, Multi-Family Development, in order to convert a single family residence into 3 apartments located at 139 East Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The property is currently zoned RHD (Residential Historic District) and requires a variance before the residence is converted.
