A. A request had been made by Julian Moore for a variance from the minimum lot width in order to construct 20 multi-family dwelling units on the property located at 131 South Bridge Street (US Hwy 17 S). The property is currently zoned RMF (Multi-Family) and requires 75 feet minimum lot width for the 1st unit and 15 feet for each additional unit. Mr. Moore is asking for a variance of one hundred (100) feet.
B. A request has been made by Read Allen III for a variance from the minimum lot width in order to sell the eastern 45' of 609-613 W. 3rd Street to the adjoining property owner. The property is currently zoned B-2 (General Business) and requires a 100 feet minimum lot width. Mr. Allen is asking for a variance of fifty (50) feet.
C. A request for
a Special Use Permit has been made by KARC Enterprises to place an Inpatient
Hospice Care Facility in the structure located at 121 E. 2nd Street. The
property is currently zoned B-1H (Central Business Historic) and requires
a Special Use Permit to operate the new facility.
