1. A request has been made by Mr. Robert Henkel for a Variance from Section 27-51 of the City of Washington Zoning Ordinance from the dimensional requirements (side yard setback) in order to move a single family dwelling to the property located at 303 Fort Shores Drive. The property is currently zoned R-15S (Residential) and in order to place the dwelling on the lot requires a variance from the Board of Adjustment. The existing lot is a substandard lot of record.
2. A request has been made by US Cellular for a Special Use Permit to allow a construction and operation of a 150' monopole cell tower on the property located at 561 Havens Street as provided under Section 27-43 Table of Uses. The property is currently zone I-2 (Light Industrial) and requires a Special Use Permit in order to construct the tower.
