1. A request has been made by Mr. Ned E. Batts for a Variance from the front yard set back for an accessory building on the property located at 1301 Van Norden Street. The property is currently zoned R9S (Residential). The variance is requested from Section 27-51 & 27-57 of the Zoning Ordinance. This request was continued from the December meeting.

V. New Business

1. A request has been made by Mr. Tommy Rutledge for a Variance to expand an existing warehouse storage facility (self-storage) located at 1173 Old Bath Hwy. The property is located within the City's extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction. The property is currently zoned RA20 (Residential Agricultural). The variance is requested from Article III Section 27-15 of the Zoning Ordinance.
