1. A request has been made by Mr. Tomp Litchfield, acting as agent for Mr. Doug Gurkins, for an interpretation of an administrative decision concerning Section 27-18, Discontinuance of a Non-Conforming Use, of the City of Washington Zoning Ordinance in order to place a single-wide mobile home on the property located at 2068 Whichards Beach Road. The property is currently zoned RA20 (Residential Agricultural). New single-wide or double-wide mobile homes are not allowed in the RA20 district unless as a replacement home and the use has not been discontinued for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days.

2. A request has been made by Mr. Thomas Harris for an interpretation of an administrative decision concerning Section 27-14 & Section 27-18, Discontinuance of a Non-Conforming Use, of the City of Washington Zoning Ordinance in order to operate a convenience store on the property located at 2279 Whichards Beach Road. The property is currently zoned RA20 (Residential Agricultural) and convenience stores are not allowed as a permitted use. He is asking that the store be approved as a non-conforming use.
