A. REZONING REQUEST

A request has been made by Steve Griffin to rezone .90 of an acre of land located at 2016 US 264 West. The proposal is to change the zoning classification of the property from RA-20(Residential-Agriculture) to B-2 (Highway-Commercial).

B. PLAT APPROVAL

A request has been made by Manfred Alligood for a plat approval for the property located in the Maple Branch Subdivision, containing Block "C" & "D". This subdivision was originally approved by the county, but is now in the City of Washington's jurisdiction because of annexation.

C. SITE PLAN REVIEW

A request has been made by Julian Moore to review the sketch plan for a townhouse development located on the site that was occupied by Waters Oil Company. The property in question currently has the old bulk storage tanks on the subject property.

D. DISCUSSION ITEMS

1. Review of the outdoor advertisement regulations with emphasis on the "Miracle Mile" area. (No write up)

2. Review of the junkyard provision in our zoning regulations. (No write up)

3. Review of the multi-family regulations and their zoning classifications. (No write up).
