A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Dan McNeil to build a 20' x 30' garage and storage building in the rear of the property located at 622 East Main Street. It is requested to use hardi-board plank as the exterior siding material.

2. A request has been made by Robert Elks of Goose Creek Construction Co. to replace an 8' x 10' shed with a 10' x 16' shed located at 318 East 2nd Street. The shed will be built to match the existing shed. It is requested to use hardi-board plank as the exterior siding material.

3. A request has been made by Rick Stevens, acting as agent for Harry Tubaugh, to construct a duplex on a subdivided lot located at the corner of McNair & East 2nd Streets. It is requested to use hardi-board plank as the exterior siding material. A Special Use Permit is required by the Board of Adjustment.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Charles Bowen to replace and repair the siding with like materials on the structure located at 243 East Main Street.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Eddie Moss to install a handicap ramp at the front entrance to the residence located at 234 East 2nd Street

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Jeff Muck to rebuild porch floor and ceiling with like materials on the structure located at 323 East 2nd Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Archie Jennings to repair door and windows of front facade with like materials and to paint building located at 136 South Market Street. - Facade Grant

5. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for St. Peters Episcopal Church to remove a metal out building at the rear of the Church located at 101 North Bonner Street.
