A. Major Works, Certificate of Appropriateness

1. A request has been made by Al Crisp to construct a new house located at 406 E. Water Street.

2. A request has been made by Fred Fletcher of Washington Betterment Partners for approval for primary materials, architectural details, entrances and porches, fenestration and foundations for the Pamlico River Inn and Conference Center to be located at 235 East Water Street.

B. Minor Works

1. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Peggy Thompson to construct a single story accessory building in the rear of the dwelling located at 115 N. Brown Street. The building will have fiberglass shingles and wood lap siding.

2. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Jeffery Muck (323 E. 2nd Street) to relocate existing driveway to accommodate new addition - old driveway will be abandoned.

3. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Jan Miles to restore front porch with like material, replace damaged brick work and replace floor boards for porch located at 413 Bonner Street.

4. A request has been made and approved by staff for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Pat Griffin to replace metal siding with hardi-board on front of storage warehouse located at 319 W. 2nd Street.
