for a 10 ft. rear yard variance to allow for the construction of an
automotive repair shop to be located at the corner of Pamlico and
Hodges Street. The current zoning classification is B-2.
A request has been made by Roy Edwards, 143 Forte Shores Drive for
a variance from the front yard setback in order to construct a garage
and bonus room. The property is currently zoned R-15S and requires
a 30 foot front yard setback.
A request has been made by ATC South, LLC and City of Washington for
3 variances in connection with the construction on an unmanned 177'
wireless communication tower. The variances are: height requirement,
concealment requirement and setback requirements. The proposed site
is located at the City of Washington pump station on North Bridge
Street and is currently zoned R-6S.
